Orders with customization are typically prepared for shipment within 3-5 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping (Delhi NCR only): Typically delivered within 2–4 business days for an additional fee of ₹300.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, or festive/holiday periods).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email / whatsapp message with a tracking number.
Orders can be tracked directly on the courier partner’s website using this number.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across India.

Delivery Issues

In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
Please report any lost or damaged items within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
