What We Can Alter (Fit-Only)

  • Take-in/let-out within available seam allowance
  • Adjust waist/hip/chest
  • Taper for a cleaner line
  • Tweak shoulder slope slightly
  • Shorten/lengthen hems/sleeves (where allowance exists)

Limits: We can’t add fabric where none exists. If the change you need exceeds the allowance, we’ll recommend an exchange (if eligible).

We arrange a pickup. Once your piece reaches our workshop, most fit fixes are completed within 24 hours (courier transit time is extra).

ALTERATION PROCESS

Q.Is every order eligible for free alterations?

Yes. Any order—standard or customised—delivered within the last 15 days is covered.

Q. How do I raise an alteration?

Message us on WhatsApp / call (within 15 days). Include order ID, your fit notes, and (optionally) photos.

Q. How much can you alter?

As far as the garment allows. We work within seam allowance and structural limits. If the change needed exceeds allowance, we’ll advise an exchange.

Q. Is it truly unlimited?

Yes—unlimited within 15 days of delivery. You can send it back as many times as needed in that window. Each request is handled one cycle at a time (pickup → alter → deliver). We may club fixes to reduce back-and-forth.

Q.What’s the usual turnaround?

Most fixes are completed under 24 hours of reaching our warehouse (add courier time both ways).

Q.What measurements do you follow?

Your approved measurements/fit notes. Tolerance: ±0.5–0.75 inch per point. Even if the piece is within tolerance, comfort tweaks are still covered within 15 days.

Q. Who pays courier both ways?

We do (India, serviceable pincodes) for every alteration request within the window. For non-serviceable areas, we’ll provide a drop-off address or reimburse standard courier charges against a bill.

Q. Can I get measured in-store?

Yes—Delhi only, by appointment.

Q. Can I alter after 15 days?

Yes, as a paid alteration at current rates. Pickup/drop-off may be billed at cost.

Q. Can I change the design (style changes)?

No. Alterations are fit-only. No new slits, neckline changes, added panels, embellishments, or fabric swaps.

Q. What if it’s a manufacturing defect or transit damage?

Report within 48 hours with photos. We’ll assess and repair/remake/replace as applicable. This track is separate from the alteration promise.
