ORDER & PROCESS
Q.How do I start a custom order?
On the product page, choose Custom Size (or order your usual size and request customisation). Checkout as normal—we’ll take it from there.
Q. What counts as a custom order?
Any piece made to your measurements (Custom Size) or crafted to match your design preferences.
Q. Does custom size cost extra?
No. Custom size is included. We’ll reach out after checkout to set measurements and preferences.
Q. How long do custom orders take?
Craft time is typically 3–5 business days, then we dispatch. Delivery time starts after dispatch (see shipping policy).
Q. Can I change my request after I place the order?
Tell us ASAP. If production hasn’t started, small updates may be possible. After cutting begins, fit tweaks only (design changes aren’t offered post-production).
Q.Will I see a sketch or mock-up?
If helpful, we’ll share a simple sketch/mock-up before production for alignment on proportions or approved details.
Q.What if the colour looks slightly different in person?
Minor screen-to-fabric variation can occur. This isn’t a defect, but we can usually adjust fit under the 15-day alterations window.
Q.Will custom changes affect price?
Custom size doesn’t cost extra. If any pre-production design edits are approved, we’ll tell you upfront if there’s a cost or timeline impact.
FIT & SIZING
Q.How will you collect my measurements?
We will contact you within 24 hours (WhatsApp / email / call) to map measurements, preferred ease, and length. Delhi fittings available by appointment.
Q. What if the fit isn’t perfect on arrival?
You’re covered with free, unlimited alterations for 15 days. We handle pickup → alter → deliver (India, serviceable pincodes).
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Q. Can I return or exchange a custom order?
Returns: not accepted for custom orders (except damaged / incorrect).
Exchange: only if the item is damaged/incorrect. For fit tweaks, use our free 15-day alterations.
Q. What if I think there’s a defect or it’s not what we agreed?
Report within 48 hours with photos. We prioritise repair/remake/replace after assessment. This is separate from the alterations service.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q.Do custom orders qualify for Express delivery?
Express is Delhi-NCR only (₹300) and applies after dispatch. Craft time (3–5 business days) still applies before we ship.
Q. Is COD available on custom orders?
No—COD is not available on any custom orders.
Q. I’m ordering from outside India. Anything different for custom?
We ship internationally; timelines and charges vary. For post-delivery tweaks, write to us—in-India pickup is covered, and we’ll advise options for international orders.
Q.Can I cancel a custom order?
We begin work quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately—once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
