Return Policy


Eligibility


Returns are accepted only if your order is damaged during transit or if you have received an incorrect product. In such cases, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received — unworn, unused, and with original packaging intact.

Return / Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Items returned in a used, worn, or damaged condition.
  • Returns submitted for change of mind, personal aesthetic choice, or non-defect fit issues.
  • Returns sent without prior approval.
  • Minor color or design variations (note: product colors may differ slightly from website images; in such cases, you may request an exchange instead — see Exchange Policy).
  • Size-related issues (eligible for exchange only).
  • Customized orders (eligible for exchange only in cases of damage or incorrect product).


Process


  1. Email or Whatsapp us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item in your message / email.
  3. Our Return & Exchange team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours. Approval of return requests is at Kaysho’s discretion. Requests due to change of mind will not be accepted.
  4. Once approved, our team will arrange collection of the damaged/incorrect product.
  5. After we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality and authenticity check. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 20–25 business days.
  6. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete processing.



Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted in cases of:

  • Size-related issues, or
  • Delivery of a damaged/incorrect product.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and with original packaging intact.

Exchanges will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Products returned in a used, worn, or damaged condition.
  • Requests based on change of mind, aesthetic preference, or non-defect fit issues.
  • Customized orders, except in cases of damaged/incorrect products.


Process


  1. Email or Whatsapp us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Your email should include:
    • Reason for exchange
    • Order number and product details
    • Requested size (if applicable)
    • Photograph (in case of damaged/incorrect product)
  3. Our Return & Exchange team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
  4. Once approved, our team will arrange collection of the product.
  5. Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it for any signs of use or damage.
  6. If approved, the exchange will be processed and the replacement order dispatched within 2–3 business days.
